365 Days of Optimism - Mantras for Finding Confidence, Courage & Self Love One Day At A Time
Some books are meant to be read once. This one is meant to be lived with.
In a world that asks you to move faster, do more, and hold everything together, this book was written as a daily pause; a reminder that not everything has to be hard to be worth it, and that returning to yourself with consistency is its own form of healing.
One page, day and breath at a time.
Why this book exists:
When I first published 365 Days of Optimism in 2018, I was learning how to stay hopeful while life felt uncertain. Since then, life has deepened me. I walked through divorce, nervous system healing, rebuilding self-trust, and guiding others through seasons of profound transition, as a coach, a mother, and a woman learning to listen to her body instead of pushing past it.
What I now understand is this: optimism isn't positive thinking. It is safety. It is regulation. It is learning how to meet yourself kindly, even on the hardest days, and letting your resilience expand from there to reveal your deepest wisdom.
This book is the foundation for everything I teach in expanded form today.
Optimism isn't naïve. It's a practice.
